Atomix joined Tate Dining Room and Chef-Owner Vicky Lau in Hong Kong in May 2019 for a two-night collaboration. Chef Vicky is famed for her innovative French-Chinese fine dining in Hong Kong, with a keen sense for visual artistry from her previous life as a graphic designer.
Playing off of the concept of Edible Stories of Tate, the two teams presented dishes that paid homage to the blurred lines between their traditional roots and their global experiences.
