We hosted Kyle and Katina Connaughton and their team from Singlethread, Healdsburg, CA. Famed for their holistic dining philosophy, Singlethread is a source-focused, farm-driven concept.

Atomix’s dining room was transformed with Katina’s signature wildflower arrangement, using plants from the farm, alongside local New York florals. The dishes highlighted key in-season ingredients from the Singlethread farm.

This collaboration menu highlighted the way that both restaurants and teams aim to elevate elements of Asian cuisine, drawing from Korean and Japanese cuisines respectively.
