We hosted Chef Jonathan Tam from Relæ, creating an original menu that put a spotlight on Relæ’s signature style: in the words of their manifest, “tasty food, no muss, no fuss”.

Deceptive simplicity was the key in building out our collaboration menu, honing in on the flavors of the ingredients and figuring out novel ways to make them shine, while adding elements of delight and surprise. We utilized elements from Relæ, such as their sourdough and XO sauce which were transformed in the Atomix kitchen using our signature ingredients and techniques. Other marriages between the cuisines - such as Relæ’s n’djua and Atomix’s white kimchi, Beet bulgogi - showcased a true collaboration, the meeting of minds and palates.
