Atomix proudly hosted Quintonil in our wonderful home of New York City. Chef JP and Chef Jorge Vallejo continued a culinary conversation started with Atomix’s 2022 visit to Mexico City to participate in Quintonil’s 10-year anniversary celebration. We continued our friendship with two nights of beautiful dinners melding our cuisines and gastronomic cultures.
