After the successful collaboration event in Singapore in June of 2022, we welcomed Chef Julien Royer and his team from Odette Restaurant to New York City for two magical evenings here at Atomix. Chef Julien and JP shared their passion for introducing their heritage and cuisine in their respective new homes -- Julien and French food in Singapore, JP and Korean food in New York -- and the Atomix team gained a new sense of motivation from the Odette team's irresistible vibrant energy.
