In the final collaboration Atomix hosted in 2019, we welcomed Chef Sung from Mosu, Seoul.

Both Atomix and Mosu, and its chefs, are interested in continuous growth, a way to progress ingredients that are familiar to us and to push their flavor, impression, and memories to a new place. As Korean-born chefs who have had international experiences - Mosu first made its mark in the culinary world, earning its first Michelin star in San Francisco before relocating to Seoul - this collaboration highlighted familiar ingredients in new, shining ways.
