Kwonsooksoo + Soigné

Atomix welcomed Chef Kwon Woo-Joong from Kwonsooksoo and Chef Jun Lee Soigné from Seoul. The three chefs are long-time peers, having studied in university together.
Kwonsooksoo is deeply invested in paying homage to the roots of Korean cuisine, showcasing the rare and precious ingredients and time-honored techniques from Korea. Soigné is focused defining Seoul’s modern cuisine, marrying ingredients local to Korea with western techniques.
The collaboration was an exploration in their individual journeys as chefs who consistently draw inspiration and lessons from their roots in Korean cuisine, a shared tradition and history.
