In 2018, we had our first-ever collaboration with Chefs Nicolai Nørregaard & Kyumin Hahn of Kadeau in Copenhagen. Six years later, we welcomed them to our home in New York City to experience the flavors of Nordic cuisine, rooted in their origins and the local terroir of Bornholm.
