Copenhagen, August 2018

Atomix joined Chefs Kyumin (Kadeau), Lisa (Tigermom), and Max (Amass) in Copenhagen in August of 2018, the summer of Atomix’s opening, for the first collaborative event.

Each chef represented their own cuisine while harmonizing the flow of dishes with East Asian undertones and usage of local, seasonal ingredients throughout the menu.
