It is a pavilion in Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do, and is one of the eight views of Kwandong. The Eight Views of Kwandong refers to eight particularly famous scenic spots in the Kanto region. Unlike the other eight sceneries in Kwandong, Jukseoru is the only one that protrudes into the river.
