Chef Junghyun Park of Atomix, NYC and Virgilio Martínez Véliz of Central, Lima collaborated in a two-night only tasting menu in New York City, celebrating the unique ingredients and cuisine cultures of South Korea and Peru, respectively.
Guests followed a map of each country through the evening, tasting the inspired courses from each elevation point of South Korea and Peru.
