Atomix welcomed the Boragó team to New York from Santiago for a two-night collaboration.

Chef JP and Chef Rodolfo Guzmán shared a menu inspired by the ephemeral transitional seasons of fall and spring, Boragó’s use of native Chilean ingredients, and the confluence of our cultures.
